A two week notice is necessary please. A 30 day notice is required during holiday and special event periods.

gift card expiration

Incredible Experiences gift cards expire two years from date of purchase, except where prohibited by law.  Prices are guaranteed for one year.  Please note, in some instances we do change our experiences and vendors.  Thus, should your experience no longer be available, we will gladly apply your gift card and amount towards a new available experience.
