Live life on the edge and go vertical with Indoor Rock Climbing. Ideal for anyone new to the sport of Rock Climbing or with limited experience.  Enjoy a great workout scaling an impressive array of slabs, steep walls, arches and even an amazing bouldering cave. This experience will push you  -- challenging your body and mind. With each step you navigate, feel the adrenaline rush and the sense of accomplishment.  Chalk up and lets' climb!  Your experience includes:

• In depth instruction with an experienced instructor for a complete "Basic Skills" class
• Learn basic safe climbing fundamental skills and techniques -- including knot tying, tie a figure eight follow through knot, safety procedures of belaying, belay with a partner, harnessing skills and basic climbing techniques and commands
• All necessary climbing gear provided (shoes, helmet, harness and belay equipment)
• Premier indoor climbing facility -- sculpted and painted texture finish climbing walls for a more rock like feel 
• Variety of Climbing Courses offering the ideal amount of difficulty for various skill levels
• An alternative to a traditional workout routine -- build self-confidence, tone muscles, sharpen your mind and let your inner self flourish
